I read the title of the thread as "Hello, me name, my chili," and went, "Oh, gods, I'm having ANOTHER stroke!"

Here's the important question - how hot is hot? Is it "OMFG, I need that fire hose now!!" hot? or "You think that sun is hot, you haven't had this chili yet" hot? Or even hotter than that?

How many meats are in this?
These are actually two very important and relevant questions. I have not really described the chili here. While I have in other posts about it, I have not here. I guess I am just so used to my friends knowing what my chili tastes like, I didn't even think about it.

My chili is a no-beans meaty chili. Rather than using ground beef, I use sirloin steak, pork tenderloin, smoked bacon, and chorizo sausage. Total poundage of meat in the pot: 4.5.

As for its spice level, it is NOT one that is going to make you feel like you just swallowed a blow torch, unless you are a spice wuss. It IS spicy, it is nicely balanced, being rich, sweet, smokey, and with a nice, slow burn. A beer is a great accompaniment to it, but most people won't go running and screaming to the bar to get one after tasting it.

Hope that describes it pretty well. For those that want a little more information, I use, in addition to numerous dry spices, serrano peppers, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, and a couple habanero peppers, as well as cilantro, onion, bell peppers, and garlic. There are many more things in the chili (including beer and chocolate), but some of them I prefer to remain secretive about.

                          Arizona Ring of Fire Chili

If it's hot enough to burn the next day, that might work.
There is actually a line of hot sauces called Ring of Fire, and I don't want to confuse people with that. Also, for most people who like chili, this will not be attacking you the next day. For wusses, well, that's another story.

This would definitely be a fire in the hole for you. Just for dried peppers alone, I use black, white, red, and cayenne.

Hilarious, actually, and even if people didn't get the Tolkien reference, the whole "Doom" thing would make sense. Sadly, once again, I am pretty sure there is a line of hot sauced with the Mount Doom moniker.

See above. I DO use bacon. A good half pound of oven-roasted smokey goodness!

                          Or...Jester's Better Than Sex Chili?
This would work, but once again, there is a name conflict. There is a fantastic dessert-and-drinks-only restaurant here in Key West called Better Than Sex. And no, it is not as good as it looks on the website....it is far, FAR better!

OK, so let's go with the "not spicy enough to kill you, just spicy enough to make you happy"

                                How about "Fire and Smoke"?
