I am so glad I'm not the only one who hates the new changes. They're annoying as hell and serve zero purpose as far as I can tell.

And FFS I hate that stupid top news bullshit. I never looked at it before why would I want it now? I want "most recent." OF EVERYONE.

I logged onto FB tonight to find the new changes waiting for me. I was not amused. Haven't tried Google+ yet...FB is still where most of my friends are. That reminds me, I REALLY need to delete my MySpace

BTDT, thanks for reminding me, I forgot I had a Myspace lurking

Hmm wonder how many messages there are on there now from strange men wanting wanting to be the love of my life

(If anyone is mad enough to want a mad brit as a G+ acquaintance, just give me a nudge!)
        Arp happens!

Just when I was getting used to yesterday, along came today.

I object to being told who and/or what I'm interested in, I'll make my own non-sheepy mind up thank you very much.

I've removed all photos and personal data, apart from name and a G+ profile pic, and all apps except Zuma Blitz, which I still enjoy playing, and I'm only staying there to keep in touch with the friends that haven't or won't migrate.
It's tradition, or an old charter, or something!

I am amused though....one of my friend's FB posts yesterday were mainly about how he is sick of people complaining bout FB. Then today, he complained (on FB) that a news story got less coverage than the FB changes. (he made no mention of said story until today)

As annoying as the FB change is, I do like reading the pro/anti comments (I make 'em to)

I hate it. I, too, resent being told what they think is important enough for me to read first. Like I really need those Sims Social requests when I haven't played in forever.

I've had G+ for a while but it's been pretty dead since I signed up. Will gladly share the contact info if anyone's interested, and maybe I'll have a reason to help liven it up!

I'd be more impressed if FB did the decent thing and offered a range of options for people to use or not, as they saw fit.

This comes via a friend of mine on FB, who got it from her friends:

HOW TO GET YOUR FEED BACK TO NORMAL AGAIN. Go to: account settings. Then, click on notifications on the left of the page. At the top right is a box that says email frequency. Uncheck that box and your feed will show all the posts again. Then go to your home page and anything in the "Top Stories" click on the down arrow in the upper right and "unmark as top story" - now your newsfeed will be setup by timestamp rather than randomly picking "top stories!

There was an article on MSN that suggested creating a list called 'News Feed' and then adding all of your friends to that list for an easier way to get all of the posts.

Okay, so everyone on facebook seems to be up in arms about the latest changes. Personally, I am not that pissed off, but the whole thing has resulted in some funny shit. So I figured I'd share that funny shit with you fine people.

That's weird, it's on my notifications page. On the top, to the right. Picture of an envelope with stuff flying out of it and a checkbox.

Ehn. Yeah, the changes are annoying and may result in me going elsewhere but honestly...I can't really get pissed off no matter what they do because a) it's a free site and b) I am under no obligation whatsoever to use it.

So, the most I can muster toward facebook is an eyeroll and a shrug.
