OK guys, I need some help.

I just installed Skyrim on my computer this morning and can't get it to run.

I'm running Windows 7 through Parallels on my Mac. It's a new computer (only had it a month) so it exceeds the system requirements.

I keep getting a won't render message. I've got to run out to a parade, but plan to try running the system from Boot Camp instead of Parallels when I get home.

Does anyone else have any other ideas I might try if this doesn't work?

When you get into Mac, I get out of my element. Try a Parallel Forum or Mac Forum. If it's a big enough issue, I'm sure there are some work arounds.

It'll be a graphics card problem, either old-ish drivers or a not good enough graphics card do you know the make/model of your graphics card by any chance?

....My game is dead.

As I have the PS3 version, I finally ran into the Horrible PS3 Bug Of Doom. Aka, my game save is now too large (9.7 MB) , making my save unplayable.

Been going back and forth at Bethesda about it, but it looks like there's a distinct possibility there is no fix for this. According to a dev, this is because Bethesda failed to account the system memory for the PS3, and just tra-la-la'd past it out of ignorance.

So with having only played through half the storyline, and being eternally stuck chasing a certain baddie's heels through a ruin....it's just amazingly heartbreaking to find this out.

Oh, and the support's first idea for me? "Try playing in 30 minute increments, saving often, and take one or two hour breaks in between each gaming session."

So, so so so sososososososo angry right now.
