2012 Christmas Card Exchange! Tallies are closed! Thanks for playing!
My sinuses have been killing my ability to be motivated, so my kit is still sitting next to my desk. >_<
I promise, they will be going out in Monday's mail.

Maybe I missed something, but does anybody have ParkingWitch's correct address?
The card I sent her was returned to me "attempted not know unable to forward."
I am going to PM her as well.

The card addressed for Taboo came back to me today. It says "insufficient address" but I don't seem to be missing anything.
I suspect you didn't do anything wrong. My local post office has basically been voted the worst in the NYC metro area and they tend to lose/delay a lot of my mail. Their computer system stopped functioning a few months ago and they never fixed it, so if the driver who gets the mail that day doesn't recognize your address, they just return to sender.
As far as I can tell, that sort of thing happens in all locations that aren't so small that the postal worker(s) know(s) everybody in town.
My workplace gets that a few times a year from different places with invoices and what-not that we've mailed out. And the sorting center that serves our local PO is neurotic - we closed our PO Box early this year, and ever since we first gave them the Change of Address / Forwarding order, they've been pretty random about whether they'll deliver or return mail with the PO Box address. The started with the returning to sender the week we put in the CoA notice, but there are still things they'll forward to us, seven months later.
In other news, last night I got cards from Elspeth, ralerin, and Sarlon.
And, at work today, we got a card from a customer that apparently, the maker dusted it liberally with really tiny, tiny particles of glitter (but no glue or any sort of fixative agent), and I'm pretty sure I'll be finding glitter particles in my paperwork for months. >_>

Just some type of delivery error. I know we've gotten stuff from named streets 2 or 3 blocks north before. Probably just shifted in the stack and went awry.
I have been keeping my tallies up, got 16 cards on the fireplace now, and should get mine sent soon. Borked up my computer and getting a friend to print the labels for me.
I've updated my tallies, and all of the cards we've received are now on the inside of our front door. I don't think we've EVER had this many cards! I feel so festive.
I'm finishing mine today and hope to have them in the mail Monday.

My kids wanted to help out this year, so they put animal stickers on the envelopes for people.
So... did they put people stickers on the ones for animals?
