To clarify, I DID ask Raps beforehand if I could post this, he said it was fine as it's NOT relating to actual medication, only to multivitamins. So please don't bug the mods saying that the post is a problem...they're already aware of it.
So at the moment I am contemplating the idea of adding a fish oil capsule and I have already added a stress relief tablet to my diet to see if that will help abate my symptoms, as at the moment, my symptoms are more commonly reflecting those of chronic stress, as opposed to a "mixed state."
The question I was wanting to ask was whether anyone has done the same (or similar) things and if there has been an improvement?
*The stress relief tablet that I am taking at the moment is a mix of B-group vitamins, plus a couple of extra herbs. I did check with the chemist before I took these because of my Implanon.
