I've already posted a few times but posting here completely slipped my mind.
Warui.
So, yeah. I work for a company that sells a software. I'm an assistant sales rep, and I spend most/all day on the phones answering people's questions (in-bound calls) and answering e-mails. I infinitely prefer answering e-mails.
A lot of people seem to believe that makes me customer service. I am not customer service. Customer service for my company isn't free, and isn't me (we just sell software. Normally people buy through hosting companies, and go through the service THERE). I just really like my job and like working with the product, so I can answer a lot of questions.
This gives quite a few SC's, although usually less than one per day.
Anyway, I also love to draw (I draw my own webcomic, hee hee!), I am studying karate, and I play some form of video game in my free time (currently playing Phoenix Wright in English).
Hullo!
