What the hell?

I have previous retail experienceS.

But this store, wow, is a hell. I never have these kinds of experienceS in other stores before.

The customers are just pain rude and abusive.
The people who work in the store, not much better.

I never met customers that are as terrible and as much before in other jobs.

I really want to climb over the counter and do this


There are not enough words to explain customerS I encounter in this job.

I don't mind if the customer is stupid, and slow (digging wallet in the bag), but it's not okay, if they are rude.

Some examples: (just some, it's all too much)

When I am not doing what she (customer) wants me to do: violate some company policies.

When I told her please try on the tester, but she still insist to open the product (not the tester) and try it in front of me.

I am trying to figure out different sections. What the "other section" you are mentioning?

I initially post to the Sucky Customers section but somehow my post moved to the New Members section.

Since it was your first post, and had no actual stories in it, simply commiseration, it seemed more like an introductory post, thus I moved it to New Members.

My best suggestion at this point is to read the other sections of the forum to see how things work.

The best place to start is, was and always shall be the Site News and especially the Site Rules.

Then branch out into Sucky Customers, General Work Chat, Cursing Out Co-Workers, etc.

Spend some time checking it all out- you'll be awed, amazed, wow'ed by the awesomeness of our members and also gain an understanding of how this board works.
