Dozens AND DOZENS of them. Multiple flights daily. My IL's lived in Cupertino, and they'd go nearly right over the house.
And back in the day, we lived in Orange County, on the flight path out of El Toro Marine Base, at the build up to Desert Storm. We watched an ENORMOUS hangar fill up with stuff, and then we watched it empty into the C5's, which then flew over our condo Very Low Overhead (count the rivets!) and shook our pictures on the wall on their way down to Pendleton.
