Ok, this is my first post here, and it's an old story that still makes me shake my head and ask of the gods "WTF?"
At the time, I was working in a department store, and like all department stores, hanging from the roof are signs above each section, letting you know what is where. Not only that, but at the very front of the store was our clothes section, visible from outside of the doors, and through a glass display window.
So, I'm standing at the door, acting as the store greeter, and this lady walks straight up to me and asks "Where can I find ladies clothing?"
I just looked at her, blinked for a moment, and then said "Ugh, right there," and pointed to the section directly in front of her. The only way she could have missed it was if she had have walked into the store with her eyes closed.
Seriously, a major section like that isn't hard to find if you actually look at what's right in front of you.
