    The fact that I am the fourth person you were transferred to does not automatically make me the right person you need to speak with.

    At least that's what one person had to learn today.

      I am always willing to give the caller an answer without transferring them to someone else.

      If they're really lucky, it might even be the correct answer.

        And the fact that I work for the same company as the dept/person you need to speak to, does not mean I have the knowledge or the means to help you with your problem. Please hold while I transfer you back to the bastard who switched you over to me rather than do his job.
