So tachnically, you could have said that you receive no commission for upselling the treadmill--did I read that right? That might have cooled her down a bit.

I woud've ended it up turning it over to someone who DID make commission on it though. (I know what it's like to be on commission... so I'm going to turn the sale over every chance I get.) SOMEONE is going to make more money if she buys the bigger treadmill, that's a fact.
