Ok guys, not to be a meanie, but I'm going to have to keep you on the edge of your seats at least until tomorrow....but I HAVE to post this tonight. I spent all day thinking about it and I'm so anxious to go into work tonight and see what happens...

DipShit no called no showed last night. That's his 2nd time his entire employment. After the first time, he was given a talking to about it. Now, we all know how stupid he is. There is a chance he "forgot" again and just didn't feel like going to work.

But I will say that on Sunday night, I mean literally with 10 minutes of the shift to go, he started an argument with me and lost. It was an epic fail. That and having to deal with being called last week by the temp lady (not sure if she told him we'd be firing him if he wasn't up to speed by this week, though?), he was so mad at me last Thursday night and Sunday night that I am sort of thinking he just quit but didn't say anything.

I surveyed the room runners, and all of them think that he's just being stupid and "forgot" to call in again. So unfortunately, the majority believe that he'll be back tonight. Well hell, I'd say that's enough ammo right there to fire him regardless. Two NCNS and he's a temp to boot!

So guys, please, hope for me that he doesn't show up. If he doesn't show up tonight, my boss is going to consider him gone........please guys, hope for me, and I PROMISE I will update you all as soon as I get home tomorrow morning!

Please, please, say he got so mad that he quit......

See what happens when I over-excite myself?

DipShit was there last night. He showed up wearing a cut-off shirt fully exposing his wreeky armpits. Ok that's just a little rant there....the farking MORON didn't call the temp agency or my boss Monday night. He called the temp agency the next day and the idiot temp lady didn't get a hold of my boss until last night. So it's excused. ARG!!! I'm SO mad.

Now, I have things set up at work right now so that he cannot undermine me. If he goes to a room runner they'll make him go back to me. I have us purposely alone in a somewhat secluded area. I have us working on a lot of problem product to kind of force feed him to troubleshoot. Guess what? You guessed right. He'd have NONE of it.

Frickin moron started the night out by avoiding me at all costs and trying to go to the room runners for help. They all turned him towards me, and he got mad. Remember, he's very, very mad at me for getting him in trouble with the temp lady. He's very, very mad that I don't baby him and do all his work for him.

I got nothing done all night. The farking moron could not do anything by himself. Every 10 minutes, it seemed. I mean, I even made a copy of our guide to running the machines and taped it to his machine. Never ONCE saw him refer to it or even bother.To help ease the stress (even though I brought it on myself, but I did this on purpose to make it look like I was trying my best with him) every time DipShit asked for help and would say "I'm in a struggle" or "I can't get it to work", I'd just insert my own private responses. "Your life must be a struggle." or "We can't get you to work, either, it seems."

I want him gone. I am so sick of dealing with this......I know I brought a lot of the stress upon myself, but I cannot risk getting in trouble for his failure so I did need to make it look like I was legitimately trying. But it worked. It proved that he has no intention of learning or doing anything on his own.

I let my boss know that he was showing the same attitude and same refusal to do anything on his own.

Ok now let's hope and pray that he is gone tonight. Or tomorrow. My boss said he'd talk to the temp lady. Hopefully he will tell her that we don't want him anymore. NO MORE BARGAINING. I will jump off the nearest tall building if I come in tonight and the boss says "We're going to give him one more week".

I think you need to start standing up for yourself here. Refuse to train him any further. Tell him that if your boss wants to give him another week that he better transfer dipshit to another trainer. It's not like you haven't been trying. And if DS does better with someone else, then you can blame him for being a tool, but he won't be your problem anymore.

My boss needs to grow a pair. This is the 3rd or 4th time he's threatened to can DipShit, yet every time, he says "We'll give him one more week". Which is why I'm petrified that he'll say that again tonight.

Let's keep our fingers crossed. I've calmed down quite a bit today. It's so sad that the easiest way to get me to sleep well during the day is for me to be raging mad. And if you couldn't tell by my last post, I was hot at 7 am. I mean, hot tamale!

We'll see what happens. I hope he keeps his promise and gets rid of him. I can deal with him for 2 more nights if it means that he'll be fired after that. But I can't deal with anymore "one more week" things.

You said DS used to be a radio DJ right? How could he be trained to do that (and they do much more than just talk and play music!), and not get how to do the simplest training you offer? Very strange man, glad you're rid of him.
