After I let him know how DipShit still wasn't progressing Tuesday night, he must have called the temp agency and said "We don't want him anymore". Or whatever. When a temp gets terminated, the boss calls the temp agency and lets them know.

I'm sure DipShit struggled and bargained. I'm sure he blamed it all on me and babbled on for 20 minutes on how he shouldn't be fired. But too bad. Ha ha.

I'm not going to say "Now he's someone else's problem" because honestly, I would NOT wish DipShit on my worse enemy. I don't want him anywhere training with anyone.

You guys aren't the only curious ones. Of course I can tell ya'll, cuz I don't work with any of you. But there were many curious folk last night, and I can guarantee that tonight and probably the first few nights of next week, people will be asking.

At work, people are so nosy and notice everything. They notice when just one person doesn't show up. When Naughty Boy was fired, I had people ask me for almost a week where he was. But I have to stay professional and just say "He's not here tonight."

Of course, after enough time has passed, I will be honest and say what happened. Usually I just say "I didn't mean to lie, but I'm not really at will to tell everyone when someone is fired. But yes, he's gone."

Congrats on finally being rid of DS, and congrats for keeping your cool the whole time. Were I in your shoes, since DS seemed to have +5 elemental resistance vs. firing, I would have probably been sacked instead. Sacked for going Full Metal Jacket and ripping DS several new ones for making no attempt whatsoever to learn the difference between his butt and a rathole.

The best reply you can give it just to say "He doesn't work here anymore" that way you are not saying if he was fired or if he quit and if someone asks for more details you just tell them "I don't know any details, all you know is that he is not here anymore. If you want more info go talk to {insert sup name}"
