I never saw the appeal either. There was a casino on the cruise ship, and I tried it out. After losing about $30 (not counting what I won and then put back into the machines), I concluded that "this sucks!" and found something else to do.

Cruise ships have horrible casinos. The slots are as tight as they can be and the one mindless slot I like to play is the Game King where you have a variety of poker games. Well on the last cruise, the max bet was 10 coins (normally it's 5) and the payouts were about half of normal. No thank you.~Clerks
