      No--278 pages are dedicated to telling us how awesome the GST is.

        At the computer recycling group I sometimes volunteer with (we'd fix old computers and give them to pensioners and schools), we had trouble with people not returning the follow-up survey (we use the replies to justify continued funding, it's very important). We solved it by sending out letters saying "you qualify for a free Windows update! Just fill in this survey and bring your computer back to us."
