On Nov 7, I placed an online order. Some of it ended up being back-ordered, which I can understand. On Dec 17, I received an email stating that it had been shipped via FedEx and giving me a tracking number. Just for the heck of it (and wondering where my package might be), I looked it up today.
It has been "On FedEx vehicle for delivery" since Thursday the 20th (Today is Mon the 24th). This means it was supposed to be delivered Thursday...no, Friday...no, Saturday...no, today...no, maybe on Wednesday...(DH phoned FedEx and was told "maybe Wednesday").
Each day shows "no attempt made, delivery scheduled for next business day."
Um, gee, guys...I understand that you have a lot to do, but shouldn't you deliver the old stuff first before loading more stuff on the trucks? Maybe take off all the old stuff and put it on a single special delivery truck to be sure it gets done?
I've already emailed the company and asked them to consider another carrier. I am not being charged delivery for this batch, but I know that they sure are paying for it, and probably would rather not pay for services not rendered.
I like the company from which I ordered. I just do not appreciate how FedEx is handling the (lack of) shipping.
