As for the "No tip?"

"Oh. Can I have the receipt and your pen?"

Scratch out tip, scratch out total, write new total in, initial.

"There ya go - NOW there's no tip."

(BTW, this from someone who has waited plenty of tables, wet down lots of bars, and delivered everything from pizzas to prime rib dinners.)

That's what I would have done. After "service" like that and then to have the gall to question the tip, that place would not be getting any more business from me. I would call the manager of the store and tell him why too.

I also recommend the idea of frozen pizzas- DiGiorno is pretty good and a lot less of a hassle.
