On an unrelated note, a buddy of mine likes to order his burgers the same way from McDonalds. Try ordering it "Plain" and then add ketchup yourself. He has said they get it right more often when he orders that way instead of saying ketchup only.

That is what me and SO do, order two cheeseburgers plain and then I add Ketchup.

We had to laugh the first time we had McDonalds down in the states (go Canada) , we got "Fancy Ketchup" with our order.
