I'm using the names X & Y because I forgot the names. However, this one is true - I read the stories in the news, mainly in the Stars and Stripes.
there was a case in the news a couple of years back about a woman (x) who said she's been raped. she'd gotten drunk at a party, passed out, and when she woke up another man was having sex with her. The male claimed it was consensual or something like that... At the court trial he was found not-guilty.
A while later I was reading in the Stars & Stripes... about a man (Y) who went out, got drunk and passed out, and when he awoke his male roommate was performing oral sex on him. The male roommate claimed it was consensual because when Y woke up he didn't say "no" or try to stop him.
Normally the Stars & Stripes don't name rape victims but in this case they did.
Y was the man who had been acquitted from charges of raping X.
I'm pretty sure it wasn't coincidence that Y was molested in almost identical circumstances.Comment

But seriously, he should've been reported for assault. He had no right whatsoever to do that to you, mistaken identity or no.

i just remember reading aobut it in the Stars & Stripes and thinking, "oh boy... someone was out to punish him in revenge"Comment
