A fellow I worked with was US Air Force, detailed to escort a Soviet SALT (Stategic Arms Limitation Treaty) inspection team around various sites in Utah.

He bade them farewell in fluent Muscovite idiom.

Cousin of mine immigrated to Israel from Brooklyn.

A tourist couple accosted him on the street in Jerusalem and asked him in halting Hebrew how to get to a certain location.

He gave them directions in perfect Hebrew, spoken slowly enough that they could grasp... at the end, they said "Todah Rabaw", he answered "T'ink nuttin' of it, Mac."

Now the forums rule say we do not mess with SCs' food, but I don't think it said anything about messing with SCs' phones.

It's really an "anti-revenge" stance, it's just most of that usually involves doing crap to people's food.

Yeah, I'm not condoning what I did. All I can say was I was 17, barely 18, therefore young and stupid. I did spend a lot of time working in food though, and I never did anything to mess with anyone's food. Although if someone was a total d-bag, I liked giving them the little tidbit of wisdom "never piss off the people who make your food", just to make em nervous. But yeah, never messed with food, that's beyond messed up.

And as for that man's cell phone... I most certainly did not delete his address book. But if he ever did have such a problem, he happened to have the same cell carrier that I do and I know that information would be recoverable.

I speak quite a lot of French and understand it, but I wouldn't call myself fluent. It's a bit rusty.

However, if any French speaking SCs come by I can form enough to pwn them.
