Sadly I see that all the time at work, for god sake people if you come in to shop or apply for a job make sure that you can dress yourself properly. The only worse I've seen are women with curlers in their hair, and tween girls wearing what I like to call "poop pants/shorts". If you don't know what I'm talking about they're the kind of pants/shorts that fully pulled up are still almost completely off the girls ass, so if she has to run to the bathroom she only has to pull them down an inch to go.

There is a website that has sightings like that on it. It has customers at Walmart in all their glory and it is hilarious. I can't believe the way some people dress (or in some cases only half dress) and I know it is not nice to make fun of them, but I find myself going and checking out the new photos for comic relief!

Even better, are the ones who have their pants down so low (and are so baggy), that they're constantly doing near-faceplants. Locally, it's always some stupid white kid from the 'burbs who is trying to be "gangsta." Look asshole, pull your pants up, turn your hat around, and lose the grille--you look like an idiot!

I get that people like to express their personal style, but that stops when you are in a workplace with a uniform code. I won't usually complain about how anyone dresses, but when I'm in a restaurant and one of the bus boys walks by with his underwear-clad ass hanging out his pants, I stop and talk to the manager.

Even Hooter's girls have more covering their butts than this guy did.
