    HEY now i had to do that for a while years ago. I lived 3 blocks away from a grocery store but didn't have a car and no other way to get the shit home. I had to take the shopping cart home to get the stuff there, then I would take it back on my next trip.

    And no I couldn't take a cab either cause at that time I was on food stamps and didn't have extra money for a cab. And I was feeding 3 little kids.

      There's a Target at one of the town's two malls. They have the wheel locks, but you still see people shocked/angry when they try to bring the cart into the mall proper and it locks.
