EricKei - Oh I know . There used to be a chocolate 'drink' (made from water, not milk) that I used to LOVE, but can't find anymore.
    Would that be Yoo-hoo?

I have a friend who stops breathing if he gets raw tomato but handles ketchup just fine. Its the seeds that he has problems with so anything cooked/processed is okay.

Yoo-Hoo? I've seen it, but very rarely. The chocolate-pomegranate flavor (from the wikipedia article) looks good.

Yoo-Hoo is common around here, but I suspect that's because I'm living in the state it originated in...

It is a dairy product, because whey is one of the ingredients. That's the liquid left after curdling and straining milk for cheese. (I didn't learn this until this past year, so yeah, I was 29 when "Little Miss Muffet" finally made sense to me.)
It's little things that make the difference between 'enjoyable', 'tolerable', and 'gimme a spoon, I'm digging an escape tunnel'.

While I do love Yoo-Hoo, that actually is not the drink I was talking about. It was an Aldi's brand of 'Chocolate Milk' that actually never had any milk (according to the ingrediant list) and was advertised as a "Chocolate Drink"..was better then most Chocolate Milk. I don't remember the name of it, and it has been some time since Aldi's last carried it.

Actually, I was referring specifically to Choco-Charm, which is a NON-dairy product that is sold in the dairy section right alongside the milk, iirc, I dunno if it's local to this region or not.

I can't stand yoohoo, tho. It's basically chocolate Coke, isn't it?

And, as I mentioned, Nestle's quik is the only chocomilk I've seen locally (even among the ones that claim to be "healthier for you") that lacks HCFS. Yeah, sugar is bad for you, too, but I'd still prefer it to corn syrup. I get enough of that in my Cokes, tyvm, I don't need it in my milk ~_~

No, it isn't. Yoo-hoo is not carbonated. It is a chocolate drink that is totally unlike any cola on the market. There is a carbonated chocolate drink, Canfield's Diet Chocolate Fudge. I have it, or something similar, and it's a decent drink.
