  • Tonight for dinner: 5 Dollar Footlongs and all the money in your drawer!

This happened tonight before I went into work. I was finishing up my dinner when a guy came in dressed in all black. The fact that he had his face covered drew my attention to him. He pointed his gun at me and told me not to move. He then held his gun to the cashier's head and demanded the money. He left very quickly and luckily we were both safe.
To right the countless wrongs of our days... We shine this light of true redemption, that this place may become as paradise...Oh, what a wonderful world such would be...

I'd glad noone was hurt. With the economy getting so bad this thing is getting way to common.

Holy fuck! I'm glad you and the cashier are both okay! That's just fucked up!

And speaking as someone who was robbed at work before, I hope that cashier is doing okay. I know how scary and upsetting it can be.

Holy hell! That had to be scary!

Back when I was in high school, one of my classmates used to work at a convenience store. One day in school, he told me the place got robbed the night before, while he was working. He told me a guy pulled out a gun and told him to give him all the money in the register. I asked him what he did, and he said, "I gave him the money! The manager even told me if that ever happened, not to try and be a hero."

I grew up in a rural area, and saw plenty of guns, but I've never been on the other end of one. I can only imagine how scary that must be.

Scary stuff! Glad you're both unhurt. That could've ended very badly.

Glad you're ok. I hope they catch him; guys like that usually mess up at some point; he'll probably be caught bragging about it or something.
