Do you use fishflies for bait?

I've actually never tried I typically use salami, worms, or crickets as bait to catch small sunfish, bluegill or pearch (2-4" long), hook them in the back (so they can swim ok and can be released relatively unharmed) and use them to catch bass and pike. I sometimes use frogs to catch the medium sized fish.

Maybe it's because my heart goes out for beloved pets, but I can't see why anyone would hate cats or dogs. I mean, I can understand fears or bad experiences, but a few times as a teen walking my dog Bear and a few people practically running away or screaming (this is a lab retriever, mind you), just boggled my fucking mind.

And even if you don't care for dogs or cats, how can you hate puppies? I mean, PUPPIES? My heart melts at the very thought of a warm, fuzzy, happy puppy licking my face.

I just can't believe some snobby girl thinks that puppies are atrocious. If that were me, I'd mimic her and say "Let's go 'dog name'. There's a snobby rich girl here. I just CAN'T fish with a snobby rich girl nearby."

That would've shut her up
