When I was in college I babysat summers for a family in one of the developments near me. Their master bathroom was seriously bigger than my bedroom. And this is one of the older devlopments now; the new ones going in are bigger and more expensive.
And for the parking at the end of the aisle question: Not in my experience. Like someone else said, they all clog up the aisle having reunions, or reading every package on the shelf and ignoring the people trying to get around them - that's when *I* end up parking at the end of the aisle cuz it's easier than trying to fight my way through.
