    Don't accept any more lukewarm pizzas. Either cancel the order or request they send it back for a fresh one. You are already doing what you should to ensure proper delivery, so I'd stop accepting the bad result.

    And this is one case where I'd consider dropping or at least severely lowering the tip, and my husband IS a driver. But unlike most pizza complaints, this one is most definitely the driver's fault. Those special delivery instructions are there for a reason, and to flat out say that they didn't bother to read them...?

      Definitely agree with those who say send back the lukewarm pizzas. You've made more than enough attempts to get through to them exactly where you are. Maybe enough wastage -- of pizzas and drivers' time -- will get through to them that you are, finally, a seriously annoyed almost-ex-customer.
