Happened about an hour ago, on this well-known online game
Background: I read about these new changes coming in the next xpac (cross-server zones), which gets me all excited, as I have friends on other servers that I know I'd want to play with). However, this leads to a VERY burning question, which I will summarize below
Basically, I wanted to know, since this involved possibly playing with my friend on their realms, if said realms would be enabled for this feature. However, the response I got from a game rep treated me as if I had just submitted a suggestion, rather than ask a question (which is what I actually was doing. So, in the survey, I marked most everything high, with the exception of the parts relating to the game rep I had dealt with (I gave low marks for this part). Was I justified in doing this, or was I over-reacting at all?

), our rp community isn't exactly thrilled by the idea of being grouped in with them either. We'll never be able to rp in Goldshire again.
