Heres how it works at my resteraunt. If your lucky and get the right person on head set you arent going to have problems.... but at mine you will get a replacement, and note added to our file, and somethign free. we do not refund most of the time, but if its me, who cant do head set after a certain time because of all the stress i got from it (actually from my boss and coworkers making me handle headset, stoking, bagging drinks, cleaning, shakes, and cashing out bymyself when i would help them) start giving my panic attacks, and they eventually got so bad i was sent home crying more than once, i will give you a refund for certain things, BUT ONLY IF YOU HAVE A RECIETE. other wise ill happy dispose of your food, which you most likely hand or threw at me when you asked(demanded) your refund, but you will either have to settle for a replacement, or just leave.
I dont get special orders most of the time just because im paranoid. I dont go to jamba juice unless im willing to handle the people behind me getting pissed as i cover the menu over and over again looking for somethign to drink (im allergic to pineapple) and i never order anything that says it was cooked with pineapple in resteraunts even if i wanna try it and they say i can special order it, nothing is worth a rash, throwing up all night and possible swelling. But what i do get extra is onions and mustard. I LOVE THEM!!!! i alos get extra tomatoes or pickles. But if i get more than two things extra, and i has lettice i say no lettice, because then they tend to just double everything, and the extra lettice will make me gag.....
i also just ignore my coworkers when they ask me if want to eat healthy and only get a chicken breast and a salad why not try the fruit cup. Im soooo tired of doing the pine apple test for them
Which btw is where i get gloves and piece of pineapple have antibiotic soap near by and oitment, and drag the piece across my wrist and show everyone the pretty red rash it caused, then go clean it and clean it and rub the oitment all over

Here, mistakenly getting a burger with no meat is very common. New Jersey has a very hefty Indian/Hindu population, and sometimes the drive-thru at a fast food chain gets backed up an dorders are given out incorrectly. One can often expect to receive 2 cheeseburgers with...lettuce and onions and bread.

How does that even happen.

(glass in the drink) Quite easily if the restaurant has glass cups and an ice machine. Someone's in a hurry, doesn't use the scoop and drops a cup in a breaks in then doesn't clean the machine completely or tell anyone. BOOM glass shards in the ice.
