Made a short errand run. Was waiting at a 2-way stop with main street running right-left. Looking to my left to make sure it was clear. 1-vehicle coming from my left, when it suddenly got cut off by a car that pulled-out of a parking lot, then stopped in the road. The oncoming car honked and swerved quick! I had to wait for that 2nd car to pass the intersection before I could make my way straight across. This car happened to be turning left (no directional) and I ended-up behind it. It was driving on the wrong side of the double yellow lines, so I stayed behind it on the correct side to be safe. Good thing too because it started to make a right hand turn with no signal. It must have been the wrong lot, because it swerved back out into the road, cutting me off and making me honk at it. It then proceeded through the parking lot (still no turn signals) and parked outside the store. I ended-up going inside after this 4'11" tall little old lady with glasses like coke bottles. I spoke to her near the register (very quietly) and let her know that she has to pay attention to her driving and using her turn signals because she almost caused several accidents. She just said "oh." made her purchases and left.
She was on the wrong side of the yellow lines again when she left the parking lot. Sigh.
