There are exceptions though...like the idiot I encountered on Route 28 last week. Plodding along in the left lane at 30MPH because she was too busy messing with her phone. Naturally, myself and most other drivers flew past her 20-plus over the limit. Yes, I know it's 45, but it's widely ignored.
