Threadjack
Ahh customers talking in a language thinking they can't understand you. Always best to be paranoid about what you say nowadays as a SC of mine once learned. I speak Japanese. I had a customer who was Japanese pull up and upon getting the news that he couldn't park in VIP (Lack of pass) he started swearing at me in Japanese. The rant of his consisted of profanities, my level of intelligence, and various things. When this man finished, in Japanese I say: "You know, I would be careful when going to a different language as a lot of people are starting to become bilingual more than ever now."
The guy's reaction was priceless. Was even better that I have brown hair and stand at 6'2.
Sorry for the threadjack.
