"That's too bad. Hospitals aren't fun to fight through."
"What IS fun to fight through?"
"Gardens. Electronics shops. Antique stores, but only if they're classy."

Well, there IS an endless supply of fucking clowns in the world... (rimshot)
My first job was as a tire installer at a big chain store, where they couldn't see the logic of hiring another tire installer on Saturday. For $6 an hour they could have moved thousands of dollars more in tires, but noooo. I remember one day the stacks of tires waiting to be installed ran from the back wall to the bay door, then all the way back, and then started out again- about 50 linear feet- 2 dozen cars waiting and ONE person (me) assigned to install them.
Customers were justifiably pi$$ed, and some would ask for an appointment (how about MONDAY when we're SLOW?) and others would yell at the manager, who'd come out and demand I work faster. Once or twice I did get someone claiming to have made an appointment with a phantom employee, when we didn't even make appointments.
Suckiness is reinforced up OR down at every transaction. Accepting BS makes them worse for all of us; firm fairness trains them to suck less.
Google "rules of the internet." There's a couple different versions, but rules 34 and 35 are always the same.
ah, found it... definitely disagree with rule 78, rule 116 is apparently the rule my non-guests go by, and I will no longer say "this thread is useless without pics" I shall simply point out rule 11... I like these rules.
