Okay this is two calls. The first was from a woman who called in because she needed help getting online to her account. I advised her I needed the pw and she said other reps have helped her with just her ssn. I advised her of policy and she goes"Well everyone else helps me why can't you?"I responded back "Well I'm not everyone else and I do follow policy."she hung up and was pissed becaue I told her to go to the store with picture id. She said it was an hour away.
second call gets out of hand.

Me:Thank you for calling xyz wireless this is twolf how may I help you
J:Yes my name is J and I wish to know about my payment arrangment
Me:I can most certianly help you J. May I have you verify the zip code.
J:It's xxxxx.
Me:Thank you and I do apologize sir without your name being authorized I can not verify the arrangement.
J:What do you mean I'm not authorized I make the payments and they let me set up the arrangement.
Me:I apologize sir but in order for me to access the account I need you to be authorized.
J:I am authorized and I want your supervisor.
Me:I'm sorry sir but a sup can't look without you being authorized. If I can have you fax in information or I can call the account holder.
J:I don't care I want your sup.
Me:Sir they can't go in
J:I don't care I want your sup.
I explain to tats what is going on and he gets on the phone with the customer and they have the same conversation.
Tats: Have I been able to answer everything else for you?
J:No you haven't. You have provided unsatisfactory service and I'm not satisfied. I hope your happy on this unsatisfactory friday that I am not satisfied. I hope you have an unsatisfactory day and thank you for being unsatisfactory.
