Because that’s what hospitals do. They all plot to kill her. The whole helping people, treating injuries, performing operations etc is all just a front for a grand plot to kill her.

Okay, okay. I'll come clean. The only reason I got involved with Nurse Betty was so that the plot to kill Fangirl can move along that much faster and more efficiently. And so perhaps I could witness that final delicious moment when we execute her....er, uh, get her that help she so desperately needs. Yeah, yeah, that's it........
