SC's are evil, you won't miss 'em.
How they're in college we can't tell.
I know this song won't really help!
As you suffer though level one of Textbook Hell!

    note: it follows this melody
thank you Hobbs, I really needed to hear Futurama songs

*holds up hand* What's an iPod Touch?

I know what an iPod is. But I generally listen to music on CDs, tape and Vinyl. I haven't moved into the 21st century in that regard.
An iPod touch is basically an iPod in that you listen to music, but you can also use various applications, go online, really, it's an iPhone minus the ability to call as far as I know...

Now me, I stick to my nice and easy iPod nano.....

      .....wha....but....a.......... *brain crashes*

      *reboot*

Ok, so um I have a prediction. This dude is gonna fail Law School! And if he does get good grades somehow, please dear God may he never be my lawyer, or (god forbid) a politician *shudders*. I mean seriously he's in Law School but doesn't like to read?! That's like going through medical school and you don't like memorzing things.
I told you!! Did I not TELL you!! And he was there for over an HOUR inflicting himself upon me!!

speaking of which, Lupo, my professor wants me to read the Streat Lawyer and write an essay on the ethical issues raised in the book... think you can find me, like a, you know, rough outline of the book that would still tell me what ethical issues are raised

      ............

Come here, smiley. I want to show my appreciation for your with. Up close and personal. What? No, that's NOT a salmon behind my back whatever gave you that idea?

I know I've ranting about law students before, but this one....this one!!! I don't think he'll be in law school much longer, but what's even more scary is what if he DOES continue...and pass...and become a lawyer??
I'll just be dead serious; this guy will NEVER be able to make it through law school if he continues like this, much less the bar.

It's called SparkNotes/CliffNotes, Smiley. All the smart kids have been using one or the other (or both) for years.

            Personally, I prefer SparkNotes.

And please, dear Yoda, if I EVER need a lawyer, remind me not to hire that guy.

Yes, yes you should have. Besides, just after KNOWING me, you should've realized I have no need to exaggerate. Why bother, when the truth is far, far more painful.

Why is it, that so many SCs act as if their problem, question or need is some sort of top secret, confidential matter they're not allowed to talk about?

They scream for help, try to get you in trouble if you don't help them, but absolutely refuse to give you even the tiniest detail that would help you help them.

But they cheerfully report you to your boss for being bad at your job and/or rude to them if you can't help them without data they refuse to provide...

Because SCs don't really have a problem. They just want to yell and scream at you and get your manager to give them free money. Sometimes they make stuff up, other times they watch carefully for you to do just one thing wrong, others just scream and yell because they feel like it damn it!

In other words, SCs just hate us.

Sadly, I have seen his type in court. These "attorneys" obviously have not read the pleadings of the other side, and have no idea what the statutes (laws) are regarding the issue they are supposed to be arguing. I feel so sorry for their clients who almost everytime lose BIG. They are walking malpractice cases.
I always wonder how they manage to pass the bar. Are there that many people who will take the bar and pass it under someone else's name?

                        No, they hate themselves.

They have to be able to conceive of other people as being worthy of their attention to be able to do more than that.

In 2-3 weeks, we start our SECOND round of summer semesters...<cringe>
