Someone peed in the water fountain

Yesterday the cop who arrested the guy told me that when someone is arrested, they have to ask a series of questions. One question:

cop: how are you health wise?
sc: I'm ok. I'm bi-polar, schizophrenic and I have HIV.

The cop told me he hoped with removed the fountain.

Also, it was another patron who walked down and told the cop:

that guy did something nasty, he peed in the fountain. That guy there!

CS was trying to leave at the time and the cop told me he grabbed him.
