It's amazing how they try and play armchair lawyer if you don't give them a discount/refund "because it's the law" but if YOU have to obey FEDERAL LAW they think you're being rude. Morons.

And most of them do not have the foggiest idea what the law actually says.

I posted before that I took Business/Contract Law in college. It was eye opening for me. All those things that people tell you over the years, and you find out that they are wrong.
