Old or not, paying customer or not, McDonald's is a fast food restaurant and there are health issues with people who do that. The guy could have a disease or something and unless he didn't wash his hands, everything he has touched he could infect.

BTW, I don't buy that he is old so he didn't know what he was doing.

The OP handled it to the best of her ability back then and stated she would handle it differently should the same thing happen now.

We had a situation at work where a older possibly homeless man exposed himself. Called the cops, the SC was removed by police (not sure if he was charged or not) and the SM banned him.

When the DM saw the report, he did the "paying customer" routine and next time the SC showed up he was to be invited to stay. Before the SC showed, ok, bad wording choice there, some suit at Corp. intervened and notified the SM and DM that he was trespassed by Corp. and if he showed up he would be prosecuted.

Well it's nice to know that at least one company, somewhere, has at least one competent person in the corporate office.
