Remember the epic fail that resulted in injury here?

Well I just got a subpoena to go to court because the guy's fighting the disorderly conduct charge. His main argument thus far seems to be that it was actually his friend who smashed the guitar.

Problem is to sell stuff at the game store he had to show his id, so they know he is so-and-so. And they know what so-and-so looks like. And the woman gave the description (and clothing) of so-and-so being the one who smashed the guitar. Seeing as how him and his friend were wearing opposite-colored shirts, I don't think the lady was mistaken!

It will be interesting to see how this turns-out; I've never gone to court for a case like this before.

I shouldn't have laughed. I really shouldn't have. But I did. The fails just keep on adding up, don't they?


I wish you luck with the case, though hopefully this won't be too much of an issue and they'll just laugh him out of there.

Disorderly conduct? He's lucky he isn't being charged with assault. Hopefully the judge takes a dim view of his feeble defense. Let us know how it turns out.
