I've noticed something in my years in the food service industry.

Tipping is a lot like sex. Those who brag the most and loudest about doing it well generally....don't.

And like sex, the handful of times they've maybe done it was either out of pity or obligation.

I hear you man. I've gotten more than my fair share of people from the "front lines".

Solumina- I am down with that. I mean, if you come in late and throw the cash down and don't act like a jerk, the it's all good. I actually enjoy ending my night at work with someone like that. Sadly though, people like you (normal people) are few and far between.
