Got an update on this one. The telco we used with this guy's circuits were to be disconnected at the end if May. The way this works is our provisioner places the orders for a certain date, which was May 31. We ordered this on the 15th, yet some stupid person at the telco put the due date for the same day. Lo and behold, our repair department had to deal with this guy one more time, but with ten circuits! We were glad to be rid of him soon, but now we had this new problem. He was down half a day, and insisted we did this malicious thing to him.
Now, last I heard, he was fighting our billing department for.....you guessed it! Credit!
Another tactic I have seen is with people who bypass us and call the telco direct, pretending to be us. I'm theorizing he made the call and somehow had the due date changed. This way, we look like the bad guys and he can pull one more thing over us.
Thank God he is gone now. Good riddance!

One sucky customer gone and more room for a customer that will actually pay to use your services!
