Hells yeah. Yomiko is one of those people I can cosplay as because her outfit is relatively easy (I got everything for it from my mom or goodwill) and she has glasses so unlike when I cosplay Lust or some of the other gals I dress as, I don't need contacts or to walk around half blind. I'm very sad there's been no other ROD cosplays lately, the first con I went to I saw a Miss Deep but after that, nuthin....

You know, if I had the guts (and the money.. and a nearby convention), I'd cosplay as a character cosplaying as a character. Totally fuck with people.

My buddy Jackal Dave went to Otakon one year in a very clever (and extremely subtle) costume. Jackal Dave is now a semi-professional photographer, and back then he was just getting into that profession, so he had his camera slung around his neck and was wearing street clothes.

I ran into him and called him out on his lack of costume.

"Ah," says he, and pulls down his shirt collar to show me, "I'm Peter Parker."

He was wearing a Spider-Man outfit underneath his clothes.

I burst out laughing and had to admit that was good.
