    The concept of capitalism seems to be entirely lost on many of the people who have lived their whole lives in a capitalistic country.

      Yes, it is one of the costs of doing business. And if we didn't bill you separately for it, we would have to increase the cost of the product. Either way, you would end up paying the same amount.
