Every single darn week it's this stuff with our company too.

DUI Impound wants it same day while still drunk and only brings one friend along to drive his and his friend's vehicle. Gives attitude when I say NO.

The local lake fills to capacity in parking EVERY Memorial Day and people get towed because they park along side the road outside of the park NEXT to no parking signs.

The POLICE are the ones that ask us to tow the vehicle. Getting pissed off because you got towed is your own problem. NOT OURS.

Best one ever was the day before Memorial Day. 3 cars parked in a gas station parking lot over the tanks which is a definate no-no, overnight. One of the mothers of the young kid decided to come up here screaming at my co-worker because they were towed and now she has to pay for them. Perhaps teaching your kids to not park ontop of gas tanks should be a must, not only that but get permission to park over night in the parking lot.
(best part, they wern't in parking spaces..they were all haphazard)

(Parking wars is on Netflix btw)

I got to see several people get tickets today. There was some event at the BMX track in the park, and quite a few cars were parked on the grass. I'm sure the county sheriff had a field day with that event

First week of June, I had to attend a several day long convention downtown. Garage parking is horrendously expensive, and street parking, while cheaper, is sometimes difficult to find.

I am a die-hard early bird, so *finding* a parking spot is rarely an issue for me. On the last day of the convention, I come out to find a parking ticket tucked under my wiper blade. A ticket for not having the "paid at the meter down the block" receipt attached to my windshield.

Just one problem with that. No, they did not miss the receipt; I really didn't have one. What they DID miss were my handicapped parking license plates, which allow me to park for free. They apparently took the license number off my window sticker, which is not marked as handicapped, and didn't even look at the plates.

It just cost me an extra 2 hours at Municipal Court to get the ticket thrown out before heading on home that day.
Everything will be ok in the end. If it's not ok, it's not the end.
