    On the other hand, that terrific customer was so full of, what is the term, win?
    Customers should always be served . . . to the nearest great white.

      I JUST got an email from another client: "I heard about your little one, sorry to hear about that. Its always scary when your child gets hurt. I hope she is okay, and I hope you won't mind if we look into upping our order with a few more designs. "

      Wow, that was very nice! I sincerely wish there were more people like that in the world-I don't like kids much, and don't want any of my own, but I certainly wouldn't consider my order for anything at all more important than someone taking care of an injured child, or any injured or sick person of any age for that matter! Where has common decency gone? We need it back!
