Aye...but I always wondered who thought that naming a food item "gordita" was a good idea (or a car KIA/Killed In Action, etc) ~_~ Sure, it's a cute name and all, but it literally translates as "little fat girl" (gordo=fat, -ita="diminutive female" suffix) x_X
DD has an iced drink called a Coolata, which is pronunced the same way as (according to my grandmother) the Italian word for buttcheek.

Words have sooooo many fun meanings when moved across languages. >_> Having Cajun relatives and a (tiny) bit of knowledge of their slang makes me giggle when I hear the word "gala" (at least when pronounced 'GAHH-lah'). No way in hell I will elaborate beyond saying that it falls under "gutter" slang ~_~
