Amazon Reading Comp. Fail

So I've gotten three emails from this guy about a DVD listed on Amazon asking if it had the collector's sleeve still. I've said no each time. He ordered it still, and just filed a complaint against me stating "no collector's sleeve, what the f***?!?!" <headdesk>

I told him to send it back at his expense if he wants, then I'll refund him. But seriously, a $2 DVD? With an alternative cover that's fairly hard to come by? I'd have been happy with that, with or without the sleeve, LOL.

Eh, I don't care. Its only $2, so I don't mind refunding him. Especially if he pays for the shipping back. Just kinda funny that I warned him and he didn't listen to a single whit.

Well, he emailed me asking for the refund NOW, while he would be nice and "eat the return shipping costs". He then complained that my description was "easily misunderstood". I pointed out that "DVD cover does not match stock image, is from the box set, and not the single release disk" is pretty darn clear. I also said there's no way in heck he's getting the refund until I get it back.

Haven't heard from him again yet, but I assume he'll be shipping it back and muttering dark oaths about me the entire time LOL.

Maybe you should send him a book for free on how to read, and see if he takes the hint. The finishing touch is to add a personal message, "No returns. You won't need to return it."
