    I thought of that after I wrote "sir" but after some due diligence I couldn't find anything saying you were female so I just left it there...I figured you'd correct me if I was wrong I'm female too but of course my username/avatar give no indication of that. Thanks for not being offended

        Not really, Media rate shipping and the Cost of a DVD is going to be less than $2...but not enough to be worth the effort.

        We're talking about a lot of work for pennies. And while I've seen more done for less, I'm inclined to say this is an idiot or a sucky customer that wanted something, asked to make sure he was getting what he wanted, ignored the answer given since it was not the one they wanted to hear, ordered it anyway and was pissed off when it wasn't what they wanted.

        Even money on both possibilities given the nature of this site and the people we swap stories about here.

                      One of my teachers (at college) has a sign up in her class room. Can't remember the exact wording, but I think it would be awesome if business could adopt it. Something to the effect if a person is rude, a pain in the behind, grumpy, or just plain mean that there will be a $10/hr extra charge for putting up with them.

                              Really, if you're a Trekkie (or really the kind of person who goes to conventions for that kind of thing), you should see it. It's a great little tribute, of sorts.
