Internal help desk/programmer for a small medical firm.

It's amazing how many times we get calls from medical billers or the like expecting us to know how to fix every single problem they have at that exact moment.

Just because your job in mostly set in stone doesn't mean mine is.

(I'm not saying medical biller is an easy job. Just that it is a whole lot more routine. Which they don't seem to understand for some reason.)
